As a listing agent in Ventura County, my job is to help negotiate and get the maximum value for my seller’s property.
For buyers, I help negotiate the best possible deal and search until I find the perfect property for my buyers to call home.
 Nothing satisfies me more than seeing the smiles that come from a successful sale or the purchase of a lifetime.
I love old cars as I have a 1965 Mustang Fastback which I have had since I was 15. I became a father / daughter project and I enjoy going to car shows. I am a past member of The Ventura Vintage Rods Car Club. We used to put on an annual Car Show in September at The Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard, Ca. All the proceeds from the show were donated throughout the year to local non-profit organizations. I volunteered as a member of my neighborhood watch program, have volunteered with Oxnard PD and have helped coordinate a Barn Dance which raised money for the Oxnard Historical Farm Park and Museum. Also, I have worked with DRAGG Inc. which is a program for youths put on by several Retired and Active Oxnard Police Officers to help get youths involved in the automotive Industry.   Â
I have lived in Oxnard since 1998 and have been a member of The Ventura County Board of REALTORS since 2000. I Love to help to give back to my Community. Since becoming a REALTOR in 2000 I choose an organization to donate to each year. So fare I have donated a portion of each of my successful closings of escrow to the following organizations: St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Oxnard PD K-9, Oxnard PD DRAGG Car (Drag Racing Against Gangs & Graffiti), Oxnard PD Pal, Oxnard Fire Department Explorers, Crime Stoppers, Food Share of Ventura County and The Oxnard Historical Farm Park and Museum.  Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurses Association. Â
